What is valuation management software?
Valuation management software runs the quarterly process of marking private assets to fair value: recording methodology and inputs, attaching evidence, routing marks through review and valuation-committee approval, and posting approved values to the fund's books. It supports fair value standards such as ASC 820 and IFRS 13.
